About Akit — London Graffiti Artist & Illustrator

I am a London graffiti artist and illustrator with over 35 years of experience working across street art and contemporary fine art. Based in London, I specialise in bold, expressive artwork that combines graffiti techniques with modern illustration.

I studied General Media & Design in college and then went on to gain a degree in Illustration.

My art is eclectic, modern, bright and bold. I am known for portraying the female form and city scapes through a variety of mediums including spray paint and collages.

Alongside creating original work I am committed to teaching graffiti and art workshops in London, sharing decades of experience with people of all ages and skill levels.

As both an experienced graffiti writer and professional illustrator in London, my practice bridges the gap between graffiti art and fine art, resulting in distinctive, layered compositions.

I continue to develop my visual style through experimentation with texture, layering and form, producing artwork for collectors, brands and public spaces.
